# Fynso operating worksheets

Editorial review edition, September 10, 2026. These are blank working templates and original Fynso diagnostic methods, not industry benchmarks, validated scores, or customer results. They do not authorize access to or use of personal information.

## Start with the right problem

- Ownership-change operating priorities: `ownership-change-operating-review.csv` and `/guides/first-90-days-after-buying-a-franchise`. Use alongside corporate onboarding, not as a transaction or transfer checklist. A transfer alone is not evidence of distress.

## How to use the evidence map

1. Choose startup, established operations, or ownership transition. Record the actual operating or transfer date.
2. Choose one job: win customers, bring them back, get paid, or keep more.
3. Define the group you are following (the cohort), its time period, the date you stop counting outcomes, the time zone and the source system.
4. Record evidence as a reference to an authorized record. Keep missing, not-yet-observable, disputed and confirmed outcomes separate.
5. Identify an alternative explanation before choosing an intervention.
6. Assign the permitted owner action, corporate support and advisor/RevOps contribution. Local action still requires the applicable authority and permissions.
7. Review completed work and outcomes, including no improvement. A change after an intervention is not proof that it caused the change.

Do not store payment credentials or unnecessary customer-level information in these worksheets. Use source references and appropriate access controls. CSV imports can interpret text as formulas; treat external pasted fields as text. Blank numerical fields are unknown, not zero. Do not aggregate unlike lifecycle groups or silently average percentages with different denominators.
