Who writes our content
The Fynso team writes and edits every guide, research piece, playbook, field note and comparison on this site. Pages list Fynso as the author until a named team member has reviewed a piece and agreed to sign it; then the page shows that person's name and role. We do not invent authors, reviewers, credentials, quotes or customer stories.
How we choose sources
We cite the original source wherever we can: the survey, study, regulation or official documentation itself, not an article that repeats it. When we describe another company's product, we cite that company's own public pages. We read each source to confirm what it says, who or what it measured, and when.
How we cite
When a sentence uses a number, a date-bound fact or a claim from an outside party, the source is named in that sentence and linked. Each page also ends with a source list that gives the publisher, the title, the date and a short note on what the source does and does not show.
Some useful research comes from other fields, such as studies of appointment reminders in healthcare. When we use it, we say where it comes from, and we do not present those findings as results for studios, clinics or franchises in general.
Numbers and examples
We do not estimate or invent figures. If a number has no source, we remove it or clearly label it as a hypothetical example. Worked examples use made-up numbers to show how a method works; they are labeled where they appear and are not customer results.
A finding that two things move together is not proof that one caused the other, and we try not to write as if it were.
What we say about Fynso
When a page mentions Fynso, it describes what the product does today, what is still rolling out, and what to confirm for your own locations and systems before relying on it. We do not publish revenue, savings or percentage gains as Fynso results. Playbooks describe how a workflow runs; they are not reports of what a particular customer achieved.
Dates and updates
Each page shows when it was published and, once its content has changed, when it was last updated. We change the updated date only when we change what the page says, not to make a page look recent. Comparison pages also show when we last checked the other product's public pages.
Review before publishing
Before a page is published we check each statistic against its original source, recalculate worked examples, and check every statement about Fynso against what the product does today. A second person on the team reviews the interpretation and the product language. Pages still waiting for that review are marked as previews and kept out of search results.
Corrections
If something on one of our pages is wrong or out of date, tell us through the contact page or email support@fynso.ai. We check the point against its source, fix the page if it needs fixing, and update the page's date.
