Lead follow-up inside ClubReady
Fynso follows up with new ClubReady leads by phone call and text inside the contact hours each location approves. It books and confirms intro sessions on the location's ClubReady schedule, follows up on no-shows, logs calls and outcomes on the lead's record, hands off to a person when needed, and stops when asked.
What Fynso reads, and what it writes back.
Fynso reads from ClubReady: new leads as they arrive, each lead's contact history, appointment status, and the location's availability. Fynso writes to ClubReady: the texts it sent, the calls it logged with their outcomes, and the intro sessions it booked or confirmed. It also leaves the notes a manager needs to pick up a conversation. It writes only what the location approved, and every booking it reports is verified against the ClubReady schedule.
The work this connection turns on.
Lead follow-up inside your contact hours
A new ClubReady lead gets a call, and a text if the call is not answered, shortly after it appears and inside the contact hours the location approves.
ClubReadyIntro-session booking
Fynso checks the location's ClubReady availability, offers real times, and books the session onto the schedule.
ClubReadyAppointment confirmation
The approved confirmation goes out ahead of the session and the reply is recorded. A request to move is handled against real availability.
ClubReadyNo-show follow-up
A missed session gets a respectful follow-up in the location's voice, and a rebooking when the person is ready.
ClubReadyA record of every contact
Every call, text, reply, booking, stop, and handoff is logged on the lead's ClubReady record and in Fynso.

What does Fynso do inside ClubReady?
Fynso follows up with new ClubReady leads by phone call and text, inside the contact hours each location approves. It books intro sessions on the location's ClubReady schedule, confirms appointments, and follows up on no-shows. It logs calls and outcomes on the lead's ClubReady record, hands off to a person when a conversation needs one, and stops when someone asks.
ClubReady stays the system of record. A manager who opens a lead in ClubReady sees the calls Fynso logged, the texts it sent, the replies that came back, and the appointment it booked. Fynso works through the ClubReady access your location provides; we confirm the access and permissions your setup needs before anything goes live.

Why does it matter that the work lands in ClubReady?
Because that is where your staff already look. A follow-up tool that keeps its own separate record creates a second version of the truth: one lead record in ClubReady, another in the tool, and a person reconciling them at the end of the shift.
It also makes the results checkable. When Fynso reports a booking, it is a booking on the ClubReady schedule, verified against ClubReady after the fact. Fynso reports execution facts: what it attempted, who it reached, what booked, and what is waiting on a person. It does not attribute revenue, and it does not report a booking it has not verified.
What does a lead's journey look like?
A lead lands in ClubReady from a web form, an ad, or a walk-in the front desk typed in. Shortly after it appears, and inside the location's contact hours, Fynso calls. If the call is not answered, a text follows in the words your location approved. The cadence continues on the schedule your location set, with the number of attempts and the contact hours your location chose. Fynso does not add attempts, messages, or channels beyond what was approved.
When the person is ready, Fynso checks the location's real ClubReady availability, offers times, and books the intro session onto the schedule. Ahead of the session, the approved confirmation goes out and the reply is recorded. If the person misses the session, Fynso prepares a respectful follow-up and rebooks when they are ready. If the person asks to stop, follow-up ends and the stop stays on the record.
What does a location manager see?
In ClubReady, the manager sees what they have always seen, now filled in: calls logged with outcomes, texts and replies on the lead's record, appointments on the schedule. Staff can still call or text any lead from ClubReady as they do today; agree during setup how staff and Fynso share a lead so nobody contacts the same person twice.
In Fynso, the manager sees the location's follow-up as a whole: leads received, attempted, contacted, engaged, and booked, with bookings verified against ClubReady. Below that sits a short list of conversations waiting on a person. An owner with several locations sees the same view for every location, side by side.
What will Fynso not do?
It does not guess about pricing, policy, or anything outside the rules your location set. It does not send outside the approved hours or add a follow-up attempt the location did not approve. It does not keep messaging someone who asked it to stop. And it does not report a booking it cannot verify in ClubReady.
What about a franchise network on ClubReady?
Each location runs the same follow-up with its own hours, services, and approved answers, and we agree with your team how shared brand standards are set before rollout. Every location's actions are recorded in the same format, so a franchise team can compare locations without a spreadsheet. Locations are activated one at a time, and any location can be paused on its own.
To see how this would run at your own ClubReady location, ask about your setup.
Does Fynso replace ClubReady?
No. ClubReady stays the system of record. Fynso does the follow-up work through your ClubReady access and leaves the record there: calls logged, texts and replies on the lead, appointments on the schedule. Your staff keep using ClubReady for everything else they do today.
Do we need to change how staff use ClubReady?
No. Staff keep working in ClubReady as they do today. Fynso's calls, texts, and bookings show up on the lead's record where staff already look. Agree during setup how staff and Fynso share a lead, so a person who wants to step in on a conversation can, and nobody is contacted twice.
What does Fynso do when a ClubReady lead asks something it should not answer?
It hands the conversation to a person at the location with the full history and holds its own follow-up on that lead until someone has reviewed it. It does not guess about pricing, policy, or anything outside the rules your location set. Typical examples are pricing exceptions, complaints and anything medical.
