Grow revenue at every location on Zenoti

We connect Zenoti during your setup. Then Fynso calls and texts every new inquiry inside the hours each center approves, books services into real open slots, confirms them, hands off to your team with the full history, and records every step on the guest profile.

Short answer

Fynso works on top of Zenoti, which our team connects during your setup. It follows up with new and past inquiries by call and text, books services into the real available slots at each center, and leaves notes on the guest and the opportunity, so Zenoti stays your system of record.

What does Fynso read?

New guests and opportunities as they arrive, each guest's profile and appointment history, appointment details and status changes, and the available slots for each service at each center.

What can Fynso change?

A guest profile for a new inquiry, notes on the guest and the opportunity for the calls and texts it made, and the service bookings it made in open slots. It writes only what each center approved, and every booking it reports is checked against Zenoti.

What does Fynso do with it?

Each one runs inside the contact hours, words and limits your location approves.

New-lead follow-up inside your hours

A new Zenoti guest or opportunity gets a call, and a text if the call is not answered, shortly after it appears and inside the contact hours each center approves.

Booking into real open slots

Fynso reads the available slots for the service at that center, offers real times, and books the service in Zenoti.

Confirmation and handoff

The approved confirmation goes out after booking. When a conversation needs a person, it goes to your team with the full history.

Old-lead follow-up

Past inquiries that never booked get a respectful follow-up on the cadence you approve, and a booking when they are ready.

A record of every step

Calls and texts are recorded as notes on the guest and the opportunity in Zenoti, and every action is recorded in Fynso.

Built during your setup

Built during your setup, each with a date in your plan: no-show rebooking, reminders beyond the first visit, client retention and win-back, comparing locations, revenue and profit by location, and which ad sources bring paying customers.

What happens during setup?

  1. Connect your Zenoti centers

Our team connects your Zenoti organization during your setup with your Zenoti administrator. We confirm which centers are included and the permissions your setup needs before anything goes live.

  2. Approve the wording, hours and rules

You approve the tone, the answers Fynso may give, the contact hours for each location, the follow-up cadence, and the questions that always go to a person.

  3. Test every path

We work test leads end to end with your team watching: the call, the text, the booking in Zenoti, and the record it leaves.

  4. Measure a baseline and go live

We measure where each location stands today, then switch follow-up on location by location. You can pause any location at any time.

What are the limits?

  • Fynso contacts people only inside the hours each location approves, and stops when someone asks it to.
  • It writes only what your location approved, and you can keep any connection read only.
  • It does not change your prices, memberships, packages or policies, and hands those questions to your team.
  • Every booking it reports is checked against your Zenoti schedule.

How is your data protected?

Fynso uses only the Zenoti access your administrator sets up, and only for the work your centers approved. Calls, texts and bookings land on the guest profile in Zenoti, and every action is also recorded in Fynso. A stop request from a customer ends follow-up and stays on the record. Your data is used to do the work for your business and is never sold.

What does Fynso do with Zenoti?

Fynso follows up with new Zenoti inquiries by phone call and text, inside the contact hours each center approves. It books first visits and consultations into real open slots, sends the approved confirmation, and hands a conversation to your team with the full history when it needs a person. Past inquiries that never booked get a respectful follow-up too.

We connect Zenoti during your setup. We approve the wording, hours and rules with you, test every path, and measure a baseline before launch. After that, our team runs it: monitoring, fixes, results reviews and improvement tests. Zenoti stays the system of record, and a manager who opens a guest profile in Zenoti sees what Fynso did.

What does Fynso read and write in Zenoti?

Zenoti publishes APIs for tracking leads and guests from outside applications, building booking workflows, and creating appointments. Its documented service booking flow finds the guest, adds a service, and books against the available slots. The opportunity APIs create an opportunity for a guest and add notes, guest notes can be written to the profile, and appointment events report changes as they happen.

Fynso uses only what lead follow-up needs. We set up the connection with your Zenoti administrator during setup and confirm which centers are included before anything goes live.

What does a lead's journey look like?

An inquiry lands in Zenoti from your website, an ad, a phone call or a walk-in the front desk entered. Shortly after it appears, and inside the contact hours that location approves, Fynso calls. If the call is not answered, a text follows in the words you approved. The cadence continues on the schedule you set, with the number of attempts you chose. Fynso does not add attempts, messages or channels beyond what was approved.

When the person is ready, Fynso checks the center's real available slots in Zenoti, offers times that are open, and books the service or consultation. The approved confirmation goes out and the reply is recorded. If the conversation needs a person, Fynso hands it to your team with the full history. If the person asks to stop, follow-up ends and the stop stays on the record.

Past leads who never booked are part of the work too. Fynso brings them back with a respectful follow-up on the cadence you approve, and books them the same way when they are ready. For the operator's view of the same problem, see the lead nobody called back and how fast to call a new lead.

Why does it matter that the work lands in Zenoti?

Because that is where your staff already look. A follow-up tool that keeps its own separate record creates a second version of the truth, and someone has to reconcile the two at the end of the shift.

It also makes the results checkable. Bookings are checked against Zenoti. Fynso reports what it did and the bookings it confirmed: who it reached, what booked, and what is waiting on a person. It does not claim credit for revenue.

What does an owner with several locations see?

In Zenoti, each center's team sees notes on the guest, the opportunity and the booking where they already work. In Fynso, the owner sees each center's follow-up as a whole, with bookings checked against Zenoti and a short list of conversations waiting on a person. Each location runs the same follow-up with its own hours, services and approved answers, and any location can be paused on its own. A new location joins the engine already running, with the same follow-up and rules from day one.

Owners can also ask Fynso questions about their business in plain language and get answers with the numbers behind them, from the systems connected for them.

What is built during your setup?

New-lead follow-up and old-lead follow-up run from the day you go live. Other parts of the engine are built during your setup, each with a date in your plan: no-show rebooking, reminders beyond the first visit, client retention and win-back, comparing locations, revenue and profit by location, and which ad sources bring paying customers. Each one runs on the same Zenoti connection, so nothing new is asked of your team.

What will Fynso not do?

It does not guess about pricing, policy or anything outside the rules you approved. It does not call or text outside the hours each location approves, or add an attempt you did not approve. It does not keep contacting someone who asked it to stop. And it does not report a booking it cannot find in Zenoti.

What else do owners ask?

Do I have to switch systems?

No. Zenoti stays your system of record. Our team connects it during your setup, and your staff keep using it the way they do today. Fynso does the follow-up work on top of Zenoti and leaves the record there.

Does it work across all my Zenoti centers?

Yes. Each center runs the same follow-up with its own hours, services and approved answers. A new center joins the engine already running, with the same follow-up and rules from day one.

How long does it take to connect Zenoti?

Connecting Zenoti is part of your setup plan, which has a go-live date we agree with you. Our team does the connection work, so you do not need a developer. If we miss the launch date we agreed in writing, the launch fee comes back.

What happens when a lead asks something Fynso should not answer?

Fynso hands the conversation to a person on your team with the full history and holds its own follow-up on that lead until someone has reviewed it. It does not guess about pricing, policy or anything outside the rules you approved. Typical examples are pricing exceptions, complaints, treatment questions and anything medical.
