Connect your accounting, bank, and payment data
Fynso connects to the systems you already use with provider-managed OAuth and permissioned access. Most workflows are read-focused: the data stays where it lives, and Fynso turns it into the daily brief, forecast, and decisions you need.
Payments
Square
Square is the dominant payment processor for many service businesses, restaurants, and retail. Connecting it to Fynso lets the daily forecast incorporate Square payouts and settlement timing, surfaces processor fees as a percentage of revenue, and flags failed payments and disputes early. The connection uses Square's standard OAuth model.
Payments
Stripe
Stripe is one of the most common payment processors for small businesses. Connecting it to Fynso lets the daily forecast incorporate real payout timing, surfaces processor fee drag against revenue, and flags failed payments and disputes early. The connection runs through Stripe's standard OAuth flow.
Accounting
Xero
Fynso connects to Xero through the standard OAuth 2.0 API and reads accounting settings, contacts, invoices, payments, bank transactions, and the aged AR, balance sheet, P&L, and trial balance reports. That data feeds Fynso's daily cash forecast, AR follow-up list, and operator brief.
Bank feed
Plaid
Plaid is the bank-connection layer behind Fynso's live cash data. The Plaid Link flow lets you connect your bank in about two minutes; once connected, Fynso reads daily balances and transactions but never sees your banking credentials. Plaid supports thousands of U.S. institutions and is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified.
Accounting
QuickBooks Online
Fynso connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's standard OAuth API and reads your accounting data daily. The connection is read-focused: chart of accounts, P&L, balance sheet, AR aging, transactions, invoices, payments, and vendors. That data becomes a live cash forecast, AR follow-up prioritization, and a daily operator brief.
